Due to the large size of the workpiece, large welded structural parts are usually assembled and fixed by a positioner. The workpiece is welded after positioning, avoiding group welding in a free state.
With the help of the positioner, the workpiece is always in the best welding position in the tooling, and smaller welding distortion can be obtained.
