This application is Chikal serial robot with one axis positioner. the workpiece is fixed on the positioner, then robot begin to weld. the positioner will turn the workpiece while welding.
Material is carbon steel and thickness is 6mm. we used 500A welding machine, the welding quality is very good, customer is happy.
