This application is electric vehicle parts welding. The factory mainly produced brake lever parts, we made 10 sets of jigs and operator can fix 10 parts on the table, then robot can weld one by one.
Operator can change the new part while robot welding, this simple welding working station has high speed, robot will continue weld for 12 hours. The factory got double the capacity after they bought Fulzh robot.
