Our technical department made a new solution for long pipe welding.
There are two big positioners and three Fulzh welding robots in the system.
We use MIG welding robot and arm length is 1400mm.
The maximum length of pipe is 6 meter, and diameter is 400mm.
This system can reach welding speed 4mm/s.
