1. welding position is inside of system, the operators can change workpiece outside. the robot needn't move too much.
2. In the welding area, there is no people inside. robot can welding automatic, it is very safe.
3. In the old welding station, one robot with two postioners, the operator need to walk a lot from left side and right side. With the new welding working station, operator will change the workpiece in same area, easy and fast.
4. Customers can build a safe protect house for welding area, and with the welding fume exhaust system, the factory will be safe and clean.
5. This system is not expensive, it is very easy to use.
