This customer is a small factory, they only have 20 peoples and a small place to work. They produce steel frame for construction industry. The thickness of workpiece is 2mm and they need to weld more than 200 pieces per day. They use two welder to finish this job in the past, when they change to robot, they just need one operator to change the work piece.
The boss was very happy because he paid less money for salary but got higher welding result. He would take more orders in future because the baykal robot can work more.
