When the equipment is abnormal, we first make a preliminary analysis of the abnormal phenomenon to initially determine the location and cause of the accident. Then when repairing and dismantling, you must first turn off the power and turn off the air pressure source. The robotic arm stays in the proper position. Then check the control cabinet, pressure valve, teach pendant, air pipe, etc. When the inspection is completed, we will install them back one by one in order. Then re-commission and test-run the equipment.
