This application is in steel structure manufacturer factory. the welding parts is 5 meter length, and the customer wants efficiency, so we provide four welding robot with one positioner solution.
Four robots will work together with positioner, the system can cover all the welding area, the speed is 5 times than one robot.
The robot arm length is 1.4 meter, positioner is 5 meter, it is special designed. Because the work piece is mild steel, we use Aotai standard 500A welding power source.
The customer is very satisfied with this system.
