This application is fan blade welding. We use Baykal serial robot body and Aotai welding machine. Because the back of fan blade need to weld, we provide Fulzh robot welding positioner for customer, the fan blade will be fixed on the positioner and after front welding, the positioner will turn the piece to back side, so the operator only need to fix the piece one time, then the robot can finish all the welding job.
