Welding robots, as one of the outstanding representatives of industrial robots, will inevitably cause various problems during long-term use. At this time, we also need to maintain and maintain them regularly.
1. Wire feeding mechanism. Including whether the wire feeding torque is normal, whether the wire feeding tube is damaged, and whether there is abnormal alarm. Whether the gas flow is normal. Whether the welding gun safety protection system is normal. Note that it is prohibited to close the welding torch for safety protection. Whether the water circulation system is working properly. To test TCP, it is recommended to compile a test program and run it after each shift is handed over. The above can be used as our daily maintenance work.
2. Scrub each axis of the robot. Check the accuracy of TCP. Check the cleaning oil level. Check whether the zero position of each axis of the robot is accurate. Clean the filter behind the water tank of the welder. Clean the filter at the compressed air inlet. Clean up the impurities at the nozzle of the welding gun to avoid blocking the water circulation. Clean the wire feeding mechanism, including wire feeding wheel, wire pressing wheel, and wire guide tube. Check the hose bundle and guide wire hose for damage or breakage. It is recommended to remove the entire hose bundle and clean it with compressed air. Check whether the welding gun safety protection system is normal, and whether the external emergency stop button is normal. The above can be used as our routine inspection once a week.
3. Lubricate each axis of the robot. Add white lubricating oil to the 1-6 shafts. Oil number 86E006. Add butter to the red nozzles on the RP positioner and RTS track. Oil number: 86K007. Add gray conductive grease to the blue grease nipple on the RP positioner. Oil number: 86K004. Add lubricating oil to the needle roller bearings of the wire feeder, just a small amount of butter. Clean the gun cleaning device, and fill the air motor lubricating oil, ordinary engine oil. Clean the control cabinet and welding machine with compressed air. Check the water level of the cooling water in the welding machine's water tank and replenish the coolant in time. Just add a little industrial alcohol to the pure water. In addition to completing 1-8 items, perform all the items of the weekly inspection.
