To get spatter free effect, first, you need use spatter free function welding power source. Second, you need clean surface of workpiece. Third, the protect gas also need the special gas. With Aotai power source, you can have spatter free effect only below the 150A welding current. After welding, the surface is pretty good.

The standard torch is air cooling torch. If your job is heavy, we suggest you can use water cooling torch.
